Create one useful action with account-based history. Check that user data is separated and that the published backend is included.

Build web and mobile apps from conversation, with managed data, publishing and ZIP code download. Compare its live AI-credit usage and backend dependencies before choosing a long-term maintenance workflow.
Consider Anything for a focused conversational web or mobile app workflow. Verify live backend behavior and the current paid-plan conditions, then download the source; do not base the purchase on a GitHub sync feature still marked as coming soon.
Anything is the current product brand associated with the earlier Create builder. Its official documentation describes an agent that creates mobile and web applications from a conversation, with backend functions, data and publishing in the same workflow. This profile uses the current Anything documentation rather than combining old Create features or prices with newer marketing. The useful evaluation is a real account-based workflow that remains functional after publication.
The code can be downloaded as a ZIP from the Code tab, but current export documentation says GitHub sync is coming soon. Keeping a repository therefore requires your own process after download. Current credit documentation also distinguishes building from AI integrations used by a published app. Decide where the backend data, files, authentication and provider usage will live before treating an exported project as independent of the managed services.
Suggested briefs to evaluate the workflow, based on documented capabilities.
Create one useful action with account-based history. Check that user data is separated and that the published backend is included.
Give users a phone interface over the same product process. Test on the device and follow the documented store submission path rather than relying on the browser preview.
Describe inputs, saved records, ownership and the expected failure states, keeping the first project small.
Review pages, backend functions and data connections, then confirm which AI integrations consume live credits.
Test with two users, choose the pages/functions to publish and review any database changes presented for approval.
Download the code, put it under your own version control if needed and document the services required outside the builder.
Each fact includes its scope and a link to the official documentation.
Anything’s documentation describes conversational building of mobile and web applications.
ScopeCurrent Anything brand and documentation, not a reused historical Create price comparison.
Web publishing delivers a public created.app URL; mobile publishing includes a store submission flow. Backend modules must be included when the app needs them.
ScopeA public URL needs application login if records should be private; store review remains separate.
The Code tab offers Download Project as a ZIP. Current export documentation says GitHub sync is coming soon, so repository upload is manual.
ScopeSource retention does not establish automatic data, auth, storage or credential migration.
Current credit docs say building requires a paid plan. Credits are used for generation and published-app AI integrations; provider keys offer a different operating-cost path.
ScopeCurrent credit policy should take precedence over older free-building claims.
Build an account-based checklist app that stores each user’s items, then publish it and download its code.
This is a suggested evaluation task, not a test result. SiteKeen has not completed hands-on testing of Anything. Our recommendation combines official documentation with editorial judgment. How we review →
